RAAGARASA ANNUAL EXAM 2021

It is indeed with great pleasure we announce that we had our second year Annual exams(online) for the students of RaagaRasa in May 2021. Music is the healer of all times. Yes, indeed, in this current circumstance, Music definitely helps to forget the worries. I am proud that all the students participated with determination in all the events of the last one year. Thanks to all the parents for their continuous encouragement and support.

This year also we had the opportunity to have two senior Carnatic Musicians in the evaluation panel along with Smt.Vidhya and Smt.Srinidhi for the annual exams; All are trained performers and teachers as well.

1. Mrs.Meenakshi Srinivasan, Mylapore, Chennai - She is the disciple of renowned musicians like Dr.M.Balamurali Krishna and Smt.Rukmini Ramani. She is a stage performer, has also pursued her interest in light music singing and has been singing with 'SruthiLaya''s music troupe for the past 25 years. As we all know learning Carnatic music is a never ending phenomenon. Smt.Meenakshi is currently learning under the guidance of Sri.Neyvali Santhanagopalan, a well known Carnatic music exponent.

2. Mrs.Srinithya, Bengaluru - has completed her masters in Music. She is an IT professional as well. A performing artist, she has been teaching students of all age groups for the past 10 years.`

We all from RaagaRasa express our gratitude to all the examiners, Mrs.Srinithya, Mrs.Meenakshi, Mrs.Vidhya and Mrs.Srinidhi for spending their valuable time and encouraging all the students throughout the exam sessions.
